ACTIVE RECOVERY

GROW is active recovery- often overlooked, but one of the most important parts of your fitness routine. You work hard in class all week long, and your muscles need this time to grow and repair. We'll slow it down and prioritize our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health- releasing tension from the inside out.

You can expect 60 minutes of foam rolling, deep stretching, mobility work, balance and core work- bring a yoga mat if you have one!

Our goal here is to increase flexibility + mobility, increase balance, enhance recovery, and energize the body and mind.
