These workouts will be the most physically demanding, as you will be working through both muscle fatigue and high heart rates. Don't be intimidated though, it's challenging, but rewarding!
Think LIFT and PACE combined…you’ll get any combination of resistance and cardiovascular workouts utilizing every prop in the book for 60 minutes.
