HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

PACE is programmed around the principles of high intensity interval training (HIIT). These workouts will leave you sweaty and ready to come back for your next endorphin high.

You can expect a dynamic warmup and stretch at the beginning and end, a variety of circuits and stations that will keep your heart rate high and challenge your cardiovascular fitness

Our goals at each PACE class are to get faster, train the heart and lungs to be more efficient, gain endurance/stamina, and of course SWEAT.
