LIFT
STRENGTH + RESISTANCE TRAINING
LIFT is programmed around the principles of traditional strength training, blended with the boutique fitness feel. Over time, resistance training will change your body composition and increase your resting energy output.
You can expect compound lifts in the beginning of class, accessory work to hit all of the major and minor muscles, and a high intensity portion or burnout at the end- all utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, and more during this 60 minute class.
Our goals during LIFT are to get stronger, build muscle, shape the body, gain power, and gain mobility.
